Shipping & returns
Shipping:
- Free shipment in The Netherland from €100,- spend
- Regular shipment The Netherlands: €4,95
- Shipment Europa: €9,95
- Shipment outside Europe: depends on country
- Shipment will me done within 2-3 workdays
- We use PostNL shipping service
- As soon as your order is processed and shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number.
Returns:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please make sure that the items still have all original tags and labels attached to them and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
- We will confirm your return by e-mail after receiving.
- The amount will be transferred to your bank within 3 days then.
- We’ll reimburse your shipping costs only if you’ve received the wrong item(s). In all other cases shipping will be at your expense. We recommend insuring your return package (or obtaining a tracking number of some sort). Please note that returns are out of our control until they’ve arrived at our warehouse.
