Shipping and returns

Payment:

  • Pay with iDeal, creditcard, Klarna, Bancontact en direct payment.
  • Giftcards: Fashioncheque en Fair Fashion Giftcard.

Shipping:

  • Free shipping in the Nederlands, Begium and Germany from €75,-
  • Regular shipping the Nederlands: €4,95
  • Regular shipping Belgium and Germany: €7,95
  • Shipping United Kingdom and France: €12,95
  • Rest of Europe and outside of Europa shipping costs depend on the country
  • Shipping within 2 workdays
  • Carrier: PostNL
  • When your package is handed over to PostNL you receive an email with a track and trace link to follow the package.

Returns:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.
  • Please make sure that the items still have all original tags and labels attached to them and that they are unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • We will confirm your return by e-mail after receiving.
  • The amount will be transferred to your account within 3 workdays days then.
  • The shipping costs of the return (also by exchange) are at your expense. We recommend obtaining a tracking number.
  • According to the law the shipping costs of sending the package from Marjolein Elisabeth to you are reimbursed when you return the whole order.
  • In case of an exchange for another size or product the new shipping costs will be paid by Marjolein Elisabeth (return is for your expense).
  • When paid with an external giftvoucher (fe. Fair Fashion Giftcard), a Marjolein Elisabeth voucher will be provided. We can’t pay money back on giftcards.
